President Volodymyr Zelenskiy will meet NATO Customary Secretary Mark Rutte and British Top Minister Keir Starmer in London on Thursday, a defend finish for Ukraine after a summit of its foremost backers became cancelled at a not easy second in its battle in opposition to Russia.
