‘True independence of judges won’t be ensured if dual governance system not abolished’: Chief justice

Appropriate independence of judges in Bangladesh hinges on the abolition of the long-standing twin governance procedure right by technique of the judiciary, Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed has mentioned.
