Three injured by gunshots in Dhaka

Three folks suffered bullet injuries in separate incidents of gunfire by miscreants in the Kadamtali and Badda areas of the capital early Sunday.

The injured are Md Monir, forty five, Md Al Amin, 40, and Saiful Islam, 32.

Monir and Al Amin work as safety guards at an iron rod factory in the Dhaka Mess dispute of Kadamtali, whereas Saiful lives at South Badda, acknowledged Md Faruk, an inspector on the Dhaka Medical College Sanatorium (DMCH) police outpost.

Md Faruk acknowledged that the injured were treated on the DMCH. After major treatment, two were discharged, and the opposite became once referred to the Nationwide Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR), he added.

Concerning the two injured safety guards, their supervisor, Md Sabuj, acknowledged that Monir and Al Amin were on responsibility on the factory early Sunday. At about 1:45am, they heard a noise on the boulevard. Once they approached with flashlights, an unidentified man opened fire on them. They suffered bullet injuries in the legs. Later, they were rescued and brought to the DMCH at about 3:15am.

In a separate incident, trader Saiful Islam became once injured by gunfire from an unidentified particular person in the Merul Badda dispute.

He became once taken to the DMCH for treatment and later referred to the NITOR.

Saiful’s brother, Monir Hossain, acknowledged, “We design no longer have any knowledge about who shot at him or why.”
