Tamim to captain Bangladesh in pursuit of U-19 Asia Cup retention

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the squad for the Below-19 Asia Cup on Thursday, as the crew sets its sights on defending their title on this three hundred and sixty five days’s event.

Scheduled to birth up on 29 November, the event will most likely be performed in a 50-over layout, with Bangladesh that comprises in the opening match.

Azizul Hakim Tamim has been named captain of the 14-member squad, with four additional gamers included as reserves. Bangladesh are positioned in Team A alongside Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, while Team B facets India, Pakistan, Japan, and the UAE.

Bangladesh will face Afghanistan in their opening sport on 29 November, adopted by fits towards Nepal on 1 December and Sri Lanka on 3 December. All fits will most likely be held in the UAE, with games destroy up between Dubai and Sharjah as fragment of the event’s 15-match time table.
