SC upholds HC verdict acquitting Gias Uddin Al Mamun's graft charges

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court this day (12 December) upheld a Excessive Court verdict that had acquitted businessman Gias Uddin Al Mamun of corruption charges in a case lodged by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
