Plan to raise age limit for govt jobs by 5yrs sent to public administration ministry

The Cupboard Division has despatched a proposal on raising the age limit for coming into government jobs to 35 years and the retirement age to 65 years to the Ministry of Public Administration.

The Cupboard Division on the present time (18 September) issued a letter on this regard signed by Joint Secretary Md Sajjadul Hasan.

Based on the letter, since the proposed adjustments to the government job entry age and retirement age fall below the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Administration, the ministry has been requested to rob vital actions.

A duplicate of the proposal despatched by the Bangladesh Administrative Services Association used to be connected to the letter.
