BNP Senior Joint Secretary In vogue Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Wednesday alleged that Indian Top Minister Narendra Modi belittled Bangladesh’s independence, sovereignty and freedom warring parties by claiming that 16 December 1971, changed into once India’s historic victory.

On Bangladesh’s Victory Day on Monday, Indian Top Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to the soldiers who contributed to India’s historic victory in 1971.
