Indian govt not responsible for propaganda on Bangladesh: Rizwana

The Indian international secretary claimed that the Indian authorities is no longer in price for the propaganda and it is no longer undertaking the propaganda too, Atmosphere Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan acknowledged nowadays (9 December).
