India listed as 'uncooperative' country by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement

The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has added India to its list of ‘uncooperative’ countries, accusing the listed countries of failing to cooperate adequately in deportation processes.

Besides to to India, the list contains Bhutan, Cuba, Iran, Pakistan, Russia, and Venezuela.

ICE acknowledged that these countries have did no longer assist in key processes equivalent to conducting interviews, issuing shuffle documents in a properly timed method, and facilitating the repatriation of their nationals on designated flights.

Fixed with ICE, the US plans to deport 1.45 million undocumented immigrants, including 18,000 Indians. Nowadays, with regards to 90,000 Indian nationals had been detained whereas attempting to enter the US illegally.
