ILO to originate new document highlighting wage trends, inequality this day

The Global Labour Group (ILO) will unveil the latest edition of its Global Wage File this day (28 November) at 3:30pm Dhaka time.

‘The Global Wage File 2024-25: Is wage inequality lowering globally?’ affords a detailed study wage trends across the arena and in just a few areas, highlighting changes in wage inequality and precise wage development.

It explores key challenges workers face globally and sheds mild on patterns of revenue differences between and within countries, acknowledged the ILO.

The ILO Director-General Gilbert H. Houngbo and Rosalía Vázquez-Alvarez, ILO economist and wage specialist, will show the document at an on-line press briefing.
