ICT orders to complete probe against former IGP Al-Mamun, 7 others within 2 months

The Global Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on the present time (19 December) ordered investigating agencies to entire investigations towards aged inspector traditional of police Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun, and 7 others inside the next two months in a case filed over allegations of mass killing and crimes towards humanity.

The three-member panel of the tribunal headed by its Chairman Justice Md Golam Mortuza Majumder passed the expose asking the investigation agencies to post the probe represent on 20 February next twelve months.

The different six accused are- aged director traditional of National Telecommunication Monitoring Center (NTMC) Fundamental Gen (Retd) Ziaul Ahsan, aged additional superintendent of Dhaka district Md Abdullahil Kafi, aged deputy commissioner of Mirpur Md Jashim Uddin Molla, aged additional superintendent of Dhaka district (Savar Circle) Md Shahidul Islam, aged officer-in-fee of Gulshan police role Majharul Haque, aged OC of Jatrabari police role Abul Hasan and aged inspector of Detective Branch (Dhaka North) Md Arafat Hossain.
