Hizb-ut-Tahrir declared terrorist organisation by India

The Ministry of Dwelling Affairs (MHA) on Thursday banned Hizb-Ut-Tahrir, a world Islamic organization formed in Jerusalem in 1953 with branches in plenty of substances of the arena below the Unlawful Actions Prevention Act (UAPA) for its involvement in radicalising formative years to be part of violent jihad.

Asserting the resolution on X, Union Dwelling Minister Amit Shah acknowledged, “Pursuing Narendra Modi Ji’s protection of zero tolerance in opposition to terrorism, the MHA currently declared Hizb-Ut-Tahrir as a terrorist organisation”.

“The outfit is moving about plenty of acts of dismay, including radicalizing the gullible youths to be part of terrorist organizations and lift funds for dismay activities, posing a severe threat to the nationwide security and sovereignty of India. The Modi government is dedicated to securing Bharat by dealing (with) the forces of dismay with an iron fist,” Shah added.

In a formal notification, MHA acknowledged the outfit used to be bright “in radicalisation and motivation of gullible formative years to be part of terrorist organisations, equivalent to ISIS, and raising funds for dismay activities”.

“Hizb-Ut-Tahrir (HuT) is an organisation which objectives to place Islamic Command and caliphate globally including in India by overthrowing democratically elected governments via jihad and terrorist activities by intelligent residents of the country, which is a grave threat to the democratic setup and inside of security of the country”.

The ministry acknowledged HuT is moving about the “radicalisation and motivation of gullible formative years to be part of terrorist organisations, equivalent to ISIS and raising funds for dismay activities”. The outfit used to be also selling terrorism by using plenty of social media platforms and right apps.

The MHA cross comes days after the National Investigation Company (NIA) this week launched a crackdown on HuT operatives in Tamil Nadu and arrested a key suspect on costs of spreading disaffection and secessionism by selling the ideology of HuT.
