Govt forms committee as protests over age limit in public service escalate

The govthas fashioned a committee to assess the replacement of raising the age limit for entry into govt products and services, public administration ministry Senior Secretary Md Mokhlesur Rahman said this day (30 September).

The committee will publish an advisory file to the government interior seven working days, the secretary told reporters in a press convention at the Secretariat this afternoon.

Aged caretaker govt adviser Abdul Muyeed Chowdhury has been made the head of this committee, while Mokhlesur Rahman will befriend as member secretary.
