“The accused like introduced about a loss of about Tk50 lakh by breaking ACs, followers, doors and home windows of the mosque,” it added.
Ruhul Amin had been in hiding since the tumble of the Awami League government. Later, Waliur Rahman used to be given the accountability of the fresh khatib.
Ruhul Amin arrived on the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque along with his followers the old day to reinstate himself as khatib and a conflict broke out between followers of Waliur Rahman and Ruhul Amin.
