Durga Puja: Trade through Benapole to remain suspended for 5 days

Replace between Bangladesh and India thru the Benapole land port will remain suspended for 5 days from 9 October on account of Durga Puja, the greatest spiritual pageant of Hindus.

The motion of passengers between the two countries will remain uninterrupted irrespective of the suspension of import-export activities, acknowledged Rashedul Sajib Nazir, Deputy Director of Benapole Port nowadays (7 October).

He acknowledged they got a proper letter from India concerning the closure.

In step with the awareness, import and export activities will likely be halted from Wednesday (9 October) to Sunday (13 October).

Identical old alternate activities will resume on Monday (14 October).
