DU suspends 8 students over involvement in Tofazzal killing

Dhaka University authorities possess suspended eight students for his or her alleged involvement within the killing of Tofazzal Hossain, two days after he became once lynched at a dormitory of the college.

Among the expelled students are three faded leaders of the Bangladesh Chhatra League- Jalal Ahmed, a faded deputy secretary of science and expertise affairs of the organisation, Ahsan Ullah, faded secretary of mass dialog and pattern affairs, and BCL office secretary Al Hossain Sajjad, a student of College of Earth and Environmental Sciences.

The assorted expelled students consist of Mohammad Sumon of the Department of Soil, Water, and Atmosphere; Muttakin Sakin, of the Institute of Diet and Meals Science, Md Firoz Kabir of the Department of Botany, and two physics department students- Md Abdus Samad and Wazibul Alam.

Six of the eight accused — Jalal Mia, Mohammad Suman, Ahsan Ullah, Muttakin Sakin, Al Hossain Sajjad, and Wazibul Alam — possess already been arrested.

Dhaka University authorities also launched that the provost of Fazlul Huq Muslim Hall has been eliminated, and a new provost has been appointed to get dangle of the placement.
