DoE suspends environmental clearance for SN Corporation, halts shipbreaking activities after fatal explosion

On the directive of Ambiance Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan, the Division of Ambiance (DoE) has suspended the environmental clearance for SN Corporation (Unit-2) and the MT SWARAJYA scrap ship on account of the day earlier to this’s explosion that caused major casualties.
