The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has issued instructions asking motorized vehicles plying in Dhaka metropolis areas no longer to use excessive-pitched horns.
A notification in this regard used to be issued by DMP Commissioner Sheikh Md Sajjat Ali the day gone by evening (12 December).
The notification said that if any motor automobile driver, owner, or working organisation fails to conform with the instructions after the newsletter of the notification, stern actions will doubtless be taken against them.
The DMP has sought cooperation of all concerned to this conclude.
