Police arrested director Rafat Mozumder Rinku in connection with a slay case the earlier day (23 September).
Rafat, who can be a frail vice-president of Bangladesh Chhatra League Dhaka city north unit, became detained from the Gulshan build aside the earlier day evening, acknowledged Touhid Alam, officer-in-trace of the Gulshan police build aside.
Later, he became shown arrested in a slay case filed with the police build aside.
