CJ announces plan to set up separate secretariat for lower judiciary

Chief Justice Dr Syed Refaat Ahmed has announced a blueprint to plot up a separate secretariat for the judiciary to plot creep an self sustaining judicial machine.

The CJ made the announcement throughout a speech in front of two,000 judges of subordinate courts all over the country at the Interior Backyard of the Supreme Court this day (21 September), throughout which he presented a roadmap for the judiciary.
