A case has been filed in the Chittagong Cyber Tribunal against dilapidated top minister Sheikh Hasina, ICT issue minister Junaid Ahmed Palak, knowledge issue minister Md Ali Arafat and 15 others, alongside with 100 anonymous participants.
The case was filed by Nur Mohammad, an entrepreneur from Feni district, who claims that disruptions to web and broadband products and services prompted his industry to suffer major monetary losses.
The case was lodged on Monday (9 September) sooner than Chittagong Cyber Tribunal Maintain Zahirul Kabir Chowdhury.
Mezbah Uddin Chowdhury, the tribunal’s public prosecutor, confirmed the filing of the case.
