Broken criminal justice system needs to be fixed: CA's Press Secretary

Bangladesh desires to repair substitute issues, including its “broken” criminal justice system, so that it would perhaps develop obvious justice for every suspect, Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam has acknowledged.

“The greatest part we favor is to repair our broken criminal justice system so that we can develop obvious justice to every suspect,” he wrote in a Facebook put up from his verified yarn this day (2 December).

Shafiqul wrote that for an extended time, justice has been hijacked by “custodial threats and tortures” and by a wicked and largely politically influenced police investigation system.

The bigger wretchedness here is custodial torture and forcible extraction of confessions to expose charges against suspects, he seen.

“Except we repair this dangerously inept system, no person is stable in Bangladesh,” he wrote.

The clicking secretary acknowledged someone will also be framed for any assassinate charges here and would perhaps presumably soundless even be hanged with extensive clippings by an with out problems manipulated mob.

He acknowledged they have to amend or rewrite the constitution and repair the “with out problems rigged and unsuitable” balloting system.

“We should repair our extremely inefficient and partisan bureaucracy,” Shafiqul wrote.
