Asif Nazrul strongly protests Modi's post on Victory Day

Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Adviser Asif Nazrul has strongly protested a social media post by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Bangladesh’s Liberation War in 1971.

In a post on his verified Fb page on the present time (16 December), Asif Nazrul connected a screenshot of Modi’s post, and wrote, “I strongly express. The day 16 December 1971 was as soon as the day of victory for Bangladesh. India was as soon as an ally of this victory, nothing extra.”

Meanwhile, Anti-Discrimination Pupil Motion Convener Hasnat Abdullah also criticised Modi’s post.
