The government has given the energy of special executive magistrate to the commissioned officers of the Bangladesh Military.
Consistent with a gazette notification issued by the Ministry of Public Administration this day (17 September), the eligible military officers will likely be in a articulate to behave as executive magistrates across the country for the following 60 days.
The military magistrates will habits their actions in respect of offences below Sections 64, 65, 83, 84, 86, 95(2), 100, 105, 107, 109, 110, 126, 127, 128, 130, 133 and 142 of the Code of Prison Procedure 1898 (CRPC).
