3 Mollah College students dead in Demra clashes; death toll feared to rise: College authorities

Three students of Dr Mahbubur Rahman Mollah Faculty (DMRC) at Demra died following clashes between the institute’s students and people of Kabi Nazrul Govt Faculty and Govt Shaheed Suhrawardy Faculty, an announcement issued by DMRC says.

The deaths had been confirmed by Ashraf Sami, managing director of the Dr Mahbubur Rahman Mollah Faculty.

Speaking to The Alternate Identical outdated, he feared the death toll would be basic greater.

“Bigger than 100 students and teachers of DMRC hold been injured,” he added.

In a written say, Ashraf Samir mentioned the attack that killed and injured the students became executed by a group of outsiders who entered the college premises.

Meanwhile, 15 injured students had been taken to Dhaka Medical Faculty Clinic (DMCH) following the rounds of violence in Demra, mentioned Inspector Md Faruk, in-cost of DMCH police outpost.
